About your artist...
A ten-year-old Dirk became captivated while watching a caricaturist attract a big audience at Knotts Berry Farm in Los Angeles. A budding artist himself, that very night young Dirk informed his parents, " I can do that ! " Performing in his own style ever since, and after wrapping up a 40 year career in broadcasting, Dirk has made good on his claim. As a full-time artist, he "draws" big crowds at fairs, public and private events wherever he travels ! Dirk Christensen performs LIVE across Nebraska and in a half-dozen surrounding states (see the service area map). In his private studio, he creates wonderful one-of-a-kind gifts from photographs for caricature lovers across America.
